Depending on volume and performance requirements, it may be
especially cost effective to tool a custom bobbin or a custom
ferrite or lamination. This can often reduce production costs and
material costs, as well as improve quality and reliability. Custom
tooling is relatively fast and inexpensive in the Far East and can
pay for itself within weeks.
We can design (or redesign) your products with a view of offshore
materials sourcing and manufacture. Our team has many years of
experience in qualifying and introducing suitable offshore suppliers
and introducing new products through them. We are fluent in written
